Condition, sizing, and authenticity are evaluated to the best of our ability, and all pre‑loved gowns are sold as‑is. However, customer have 72 hours from delivery to try on their gowns and submit a return request. Dresses must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a return, refund or exchange.
