IN‑PERSON PURCHASES
Returns & Exchanges

New Gowns (In‑Person)

•     New gowns may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
•     The gown must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
•     Original tags must remain attached.
•     All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
Non‑Returnable Items (In‑Person)
•     Accessories and shoes
•     Clearance or discounted items
•     Gowns showing any signs of wear, alterations, stains, odors, or damage
Defective Items (In‑Person)
•     If a gown is found to have a significant defect not visible at the time of purchase, customers must notify the boutique within 48 hours.
•     The boutique will determine whether repair, exchange, or store credit is appropriate.

Pre‑Loved Gowns (In‑Person)
All Sales Are Final
•     Pre‑loved gowns purchased in person are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
•     Customers must try on the gown for fit and thoroughly inspect its condition prior to purchase.
•     By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges that the gown was inspected and accepted as‑is.

ONLINE PURCHASES
Returns & Exchanges

•     New gowns may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
•     The gown must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
•     Original tags must remain attached.
•     Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived with an undisclosed defect.


Non‑Returnable Items (Online)
•     Accessories and shoes
•     Clearance or discounted items
•     Gowns showing signs of wear, alterations, stains, odors, or damage

Pre‑Loved Gowns (Online)
Returns Allowed Under Limited Conditions
Eligible Reasons for Return
•     Undisclosed defects not shown or noted before shipping
•     Size or fit issues


Return Requirements
•     The return process must be initiated within 72 hours of receipt.
•     The gown must be returned in the same condition as when shipped.
•     The boutique records a video of the gown’s condition immediately before shipping; the returned gown must match this documented condition.
•     Tags must remain attached.

•  Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an undisclosed defect.
