Processing Times
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
• New gowns: Typically ship within 2–4 business days.
• Pre‑loved gowns: Typically ship within 2–3 business days, as each gown undergoes a final condition check before packaging.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during high‑volume periods such as prom season or major sales.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Common carriers include:
• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the item, the shipping method selected, and the destination.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable, except in cases where Everlasting Grace Formalwear made an error.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Risk of Loss & Damage in Transit
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Everlasting Grace Formalwear is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by carriers
• Lost or stolen packages
• Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist when possible, but the carrier is responsible for resolution.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Delivery times for international orders vary significantly and may be affected by customs processing.
Pre‑Loved Gown Shipping Documentation
For all pre‑loved gowns purchased online:
• Everlasting Grace Formalwear records a video of the gown’s condition immediately before packaging and shipment.
• This documentation is used to verify condition in the event of a return request.
Shipping for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an undisclosed defect.
All return shipments must include tracking. We recommend using a carrier that provides insurance, as the customer is responsible for the item until it is received and inspected.
